With nearly 20 years in banking, Shampi brings extensive wealth management expertise from top international banks in Dubai.
Specializing in high-net-worth clients, she’s adept in managing diverse portfolios and foreign exchange solutions. Shampi holds a CAIA designation and postgraduate diploma in business management from New Delhi, India, along with an honors degree in commerce from the University of Delhi. Based in Dubai, she’s committed to delivering personalized financial solutions and fostering lasting client relationships.
Shampi has more than 20+ years of wealth management experience working with Ultra High Net Worth private clients, family offices and institutional investors across the Middle East, Asia and UK. She has wide experience across various wealth management products.
She also has a wide range of transactional execution experience across corporate finance, equity and debt capital markets and M&A.

Vaishali Bhagchandani
Bringing a comprehensive grasp of financial instruments & markets, Vaishali specializes in navigating investments across diverse asset classes, including Bonds, Equities, Structured products, Foreign Exchange, & Derivatives.
With a knack for conducting intricate scenario analyses across client portfolios & crafting strategic trade ideas, she has honed her expertise through roles at reputable financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank Wealth Management and CARE Ratings in India. Complementing her practical experience, Vaishali holds the prestigious Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Raghuvinder Kumar Kataria
Mr. Raghuvinder Kumar Kataria started his career in the year 1969 with International Computers Limited (ICL) in London in the treasury department of the company. In 17 years, he gradually moved up and eventually became ICL’s treasurer for Europe, taking care of all levels of financing, forex exposure and relationships with banks. His experience as a Group Treasurer exposed him to dealing with large corporations and leading financial institutions. Mr. Kataria was also an early investor in Indian telecom Industry.
He led the formation of Jasmine Telecom (in Thailand) in a joint venture (with Telia of Sweden). That JV was involved in a transaction that tied into Bharti Enterprises, which later grew into Bharti Airtel, one of India’s largest telecom companies. At the peak of Bharti Airtel’s stock value, Mr. Kataria made a strategic decision to sell a minority stake.
His operational strategy is based on fundamental macro-economic research to establish predictive relationships between macro-economic factors and asset returns. These principles are implemented in a rigorous, systematic investment framework. The goal of the strategy is to estimate the dynamics of risk premiums across all liquid and semi-liquid assets globally to identify opportunities to deploy risk to maximize reward.
Mr Kataria provides objective judgment and ensures that board deliberations remain aligned with shareholders’ interests and DIFC’s regulatory standards. His expertise enhances our risk governance, compliance practices, and long-term decision-making.

Vickram Anand
Vickram Anand is a seasoned finance and wealth management professional with over 22 years of experience across banking, insurance, investment advisory, and wealth management in India, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates.
He holds a postgraduate degree from St. Joseph College of Business Administration, Bengaluru, and has further enhanced his expertise through professional qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
Vickram began his career with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in India before relocating to Bahrain in 2005, where he played a key role in business development and insurance advisory. In 2007, he joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Wealth Manager, advising clients on investment strategies, portfolio management, and long-term financial planning.
In 2017, he became Managing Partner at Jetty Ventures in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), where he led strategic business initiatives and venture development, contributing to the firm’s growth and expansion.
With more than two decades of international experience, Vickram is recognised for his strategic thinking, client-focused approach, and commitment to building lasting relationships. His expertise spans wealth management, financial planning, business development, and investment advisory, helping clients achieve their long-term financial objectives.
